dissapointed

I went to spur and ordered 2 waffles with bar one sauce and banana slices. After 30 minutes I still haven't received my order. I watched people that came after me receive their ribs and burger orders but I haven't received any waffles. I called the waiter and she advised me that the morning staff left, which has nothing to do with me. And she advised that there is only one waffle machine. In such a big spur there should me more than one waffle machine. After the manager came and advised that he is sorry and that they usually make sure we receive the order within 15 minutes. Then he tells me that there is no bar one sauce we need to chose between nutella or chocolate sauce. So upset because the waiter didn't even advise me about the sauce that was not available. I waited and waited and I was so ****ed off that I just got up and left. Went to wimpy and received great service . very disappointed. Will never go to n1 city spur again.
