Dismal online service

I ordered an paid for a meal combo for my parents via uber eats. I was mortified to see what the Spur Red oak in Malvern dispatched. The mushroom sauce, chips and onion rings in their cheddar melt snitzel was not delivered all my parents received was the chicken snitzel. The sweet chilli mayo for the chicken strips meal was also missing. I tried calling the restuarant several times to query this but no one answers the phone.
