Disgusting treatment

I am beyond puzzled and disgusted by the service received at Little Creek Spur when we bought online. We had to wait a good 4 hours with no communication from supr, and my colleague called to query, and they said because the order was large, they needed to first call the driver, but we needed to call again and speak to the very rude manager by the name of Tshidi, who did not apologize but instead screamed at my colleague. There was no customer service, none whatsoever, and I have always thought highly of Spur, but because of such services, it drags the business down.
