Disgusting Spur

It was my sons birthday so we took him to the red oak spur in Queensburgh , Durban , last night. It was an absolutely disgusting experience. 1] My prawns came to my table burnt of which I have pictures . 2] Both my sons burgers were incorrect and they were lying in the warmer for 8 minutes , when I questioned the waiter that the burgers were now cracking from lying in the warmer , she rep**** that she was waiting for chips !!!!! 3] My wifes food looked like it was flung on the plate , it looked pathetic and unappetizing . I seriously think my dog would not have even liked that food. When the manageress Jeniel came to my table she was absolutely unhelpful , and really wasted my time further .. she admitted that food should never have left the kitchen !! and was shocked with the burnt prawns,,, Dear red oak Spur , do not make your problem my problem , we were hungry and this spur failed miserably in providing a decent meal , it really was an embarrassment to the spur brand !!!!!!!!I paid good money for terrible food ...
