Disgusting service

Went to Spur Durban north last night with my mom and kids, got disappointed to the core again. When we arrived we didn't have a waiter they gave us menus and disappeared, then the manager came and took our order and we waited a long time for the food even the kids were hungry and getting irritated, then when the food arrived I had to ask for the salad dressing of which I waited for a long time again, asked for water same waiting period again, there were flies everywhere, when we were done eating no one cleared our table and flies kept on disturbing us, I even have a video of that. Then they brought us the bill and asked us to pay cause our waiter Connor is finishing his shift (mind you we were never served or seen him at all) we complained to the other manager and he said their boss will call me today. I'm really really disappointed and will never go back to that Spur and it's a pity my kids love it but I'd rather go somewhere else
