Disgusting service and awful food

<p>My wife and I went to Spur on Monday 31st for breakfast...</p> <p>There were no waiters that served us and eventually after about 10 minutes a Manager came to serve us...</p> <p>We ordered a breakfast each and then the wait began...</p> <p> </p> <p>We sat there for over 25 minutes and no food arrived at all...</p> <p>The so called Manager that served us disappeared...</p> <p>When I complained to a waiter she vanished and finally after another 5 minutes someone arrived with food...</p> <p>No toast, no tea, just 2 plates and to make matters worse the eggs were cold and the chips were stale...</p> <p> </p> <p>When I told the Manager I dont want the food she said oh ok and walked away with my plate...</p> <p> </p> <p>My wife decided not to eat and we stood up and walked out...</p> <p> </p> <p>NO ONE asked why, or offered to help...</p> <p> </p> <p>It was a disappointing experience...</p> <p>I then contacted the customer care centre online and yeah, 3 days later I still havent heard from them...</p> <p> </p> <p>Spur doesnt seem to care about their clients at all...</p>
