Disgusting service

The sspur burning spear in Brandwag Bloemfontein has the worst service ever. I'm seates waiting for breakfast for an hour. Reported to one manager who did not bother to give feedback and another one who only assisted by giving feedback of the first manager. Walked out of the restaurant of the without paying the bill for drinks and no one even notice. Goes to show that no one was paying any attention to our table. Its as if they operate on a priority basis as there are so many people that came after us who ordered breakfast and were served timeously. The lady that was serving us only ran to me when I was already getting into my car and told us the food was ready and I told her we don't want it anymore. Disgusting service. What frustrates me is that we escalated complaints to two managers in duty who failed to assist us.
