Disgusting Service

<p>On Thursday Evening we as a group of collegues decided to take our wives out for supper at Little creek spur in Tokai.Some of us arrived at 6:30pm while theothers arrived between 7 - 730pm. We were a total of 15 people as all wives could not make it. We ordered our meals and to our surprise our waiter (Rob) did not write down the orders. I asked him on numerous occasions if he should not write down the orders but assured me that he will remember the orders. We waited for almost two hours for our orders. Eventually when the orders came after complainin to the manager our food arrived "WHAT AN ABSOLUTE DISSASTER". The food arrived but our waiter (Rob) was no where to be found. The manager and another waiter handed out the food but without confirming the orders ,food was handed to whoever was prepared to accept the order. Four of us had to wait for another half an hour for our food.Those that ordered medium to well got rare or well done.The whole order was completely messed up. My collegues wife who ordered well done steak had to send her food back three times as it was either rare.medium to well or without chedder melt. My steak came without the cheddar sauce and had to wait another 15 minutes,eventually both myself and my collegues wife had to take our food home as it was too late to eat (and that was just before 10pm) What an absolute disgrace for an INTERNATIONAL COMPANY to be so pathetic in their service.</p>
