Disgusting Food and Terrible Service

TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I ordered food on bolt and the food came to my soggy, stale and inedible. I received my food already at 7. I waited an entire hour and a half before they got back to me with my complainant only for him to have the audacity to tell me I needed to bring the food in at 8:30pm to receive a replacement order, I don't have a car therefore I ordered it off Bolt. I am so shock at this service and he blatantly tells me he cannot help me since I can't bring the food in. I spent R200 on food I couldn't eat, what a waste of ****** time and what a way to treat you customers.

I am completely DISGUSTED !!!

I am now left without any resolution to my complaint. I wasted my money on food I couldn’t eat. Your manager at Golden feather spur assisted me with absolutely nothing. He insisted continuously that I need to to bring the food in when I have no car, no transport and refused to give me any other option. This conversation was held at 8:30pm!!! How did he expect me to bring the food without a car and so late at night !!!
