Disgusting Customer Service

I was at Mall of the North on the 28th of Feb 2020, i took my sister and my mother who is 77 years old out for dinner. When we got there we ordered starter and it took over 45 minutes to get the simple starter, immediately when the waiter delivered the starter we ordered the main course. We had to wait for an hour for the food, no one came to explain the reason for the delay, by then my Mom was already tired and lost her appetite. I called the floor manager by the name of Eliah Mathebula, he could not take ownership he blamed it on the kitchen manager. When the Kitchen Manager arrived he also did not do anything until i demanded a discount on the food, we had to take the food with us since we spent almost 2 hours in their store without help. I will never recommend anyone to use that Spur in mall of the North. Imagine taking out an old lady out to enjoy and everything went so bad, i could have spent the night with my mom indoors and had a nice braai. I am so dissapointed
