disgusting behavior and service

<p>Good day, I visited silver mountain spur in Blueroute mall last night. My waiter Wendy was awesome, however the light of complexion lady that was attending to the kiddies play area was horrible and her behavior was unacceptable. She looked upset and frustrated and constantly left the kiddies area and other staff had to ask her to go back to attend to her area. I booked my son's kiddies parties for 11 children in advance so I would think spur would be expecting them and treat them well. Last night she was extremely polite to the white kidz and treated my party kids ugly, she switched off the games at just about after 9pm while the kids still wanted to play however Jst after the white kids was done playing. My brother heard her tell the manager "this focking kids I will throw them all out" really!!! That's how staff speaks to management while customers is around. The manager also dis not rectify her speech. Soon after that comment all Playstation games was switched off, the jumping castle was deflated and she looked fed-up. I then had the children complaining ND running around. Someone that is chirpy, well behaved and that wants to look after children should be placed in that area, so parents can feel their children are safe and we'll looked after while they enjoy a meal. I specifically took the kidz to spur because of the play area so keep them busy. I'm not sure why other kidz was treated differently to the kids I brought. Some of the parents even stood up while eating to supervise their kids as she looked angry and they didn't wnt her to mistreat their kidz. I'm so disgusted!!!! How can she spk about our kids like this are they not the future is this how we treat our future. We made plans to leave shortly after her disgusting behavior and her comment. She basically made us leave by her behavior. She showed us like she said she will put this focking kidz out well that's what she did. What makes white better is this the behavior we promote, children of this day and age is suppose to have been born free bt some adults behavior brings apartheid back. I want feedback, no excuses and no cover ups. Well done to the rest of the friendly spur workers.</p>
