Disgusting

My dear people please take my advise do not go to spur east rand mall I have never in my life had such a bad experience as what I had at that place this bad event took place on Wednesday 7/04/2016 we were planning on having a nice relaxing public holiday in the east ra d mall but that quickly turned to **** and that all because of spur and the worst owner and staff ever well I guess if I hit my staff the way CLaudine ***ner) of spur east rand mall does they will also b horrible staff but let me get back to my story myself and my mother in law went for a breakfast there the service was horrible half the stuff we ordered we didnt get and when we told the waiter about it he would argue but we desided not to complain as we heard the owner treats her staff very badly but just how bad this woman could be we had no idea till later that day when we desided to give spur one more try and go sit and have something to drink we had a trolly and we were well aware of the fact that no trollies are allowed in spur which by the way is ****ed up coz other restaurants make provision for clients trollies but any whoo I entered 1st with my sister in-laws baby followed by my mother-in-law we sat down and ordered drinks my sister in-law then came in with the trolly only to unpack all our stuff but the owner came and started ranting and raving my sister-in-law told her she heard her the 1st time and she will remove the trolly but my mother in-law told her she will take the trolly out which she did I remaind seated with the baby and waited for my drink as it arrived at the tabled the owner grabbed it away from me and told me to get out of her restaurant she will not serve us I asked her why as we did remove the trolly and she just kept chassig us out making a scene infront of everyone was very embarrassing we complained about this to spurs head office but we were told we deserved it as we pushed the owner to the floor I ask you how am I gonna push her with a 11month old baby in my arm and how can my sister in-law push her if she was not even in the store and how can my mother-in-law push her if she had a hand operation shame on you spur east rand mall you guys are the worst ever
