disgusting

my daughter and i visited the spur at Kenilworth centre on Saturday the 27 July 2019 but what a disaster , it was kiosk no sests for regular patrons, there were to many functions you people set a limit to that per day and also end at the end of the month , baby showers and kiddies birthdays , not enough signage for parents to watch there kids at all times as kids were running around knocking my cutlery off the table and just plain unruly and very noisy , staff uniform is an eye sore with jeans broken to a point where there butts were showing , we ordered a half portion spicy wings and the sauce did not come with it we asked but had to wait a while for that and then as a main meal we ordered a 350g rump cheddermelt steak which comes with a pepper or mushroom sauce this also did not come on time with the meal and the manager also was not available to complain to at the time . i do understand that there are certain religious beliefs but at the same watch your uniform as a manager and lead your staff the correct way , with the correct training please
