Disgusting

As a Spur hater (due to the condition of their food and back areas as I have worked for them) I don't like to go to Spur, but for the sake of my children who enjoy the games as play area, I go. I went to the Alaska Spur as it is closest to home. What made me mad was that I ordered drinks (only 3 items) and one was wrong. I complained to the waiter and he corrected it. Then I ordered food (3 items again) and the order was wrong again. I complained and the manager came to talk to me, offering to correct the order, but if you complain, don't eat the food, it has been spit on, stepped on and all other funnies. I refused and just said that once my children is finish I will pay and leave. This was the last time I saw anybody attending to me. I had to again complain and the manager (another one) came back and took my drink order. The staff member that helped me was in total obviation on what happened. To top it all off, the manager than brought me the bill and wanted to calculate it manually and he even got it wrong. Advice, stop dancing and start serving, I don't come for a show, I come for food, the load music and dancing waiters just **** me off more, and train your staff and managers
