Disgusted Customer

I had the worst experience at Spur in Welkom last night. I placed my order telephonically on my arrival I waited for 30 minutes to receive my order. The food I received was not what I ordered. to rectify the mistake I waited for another 45 minutes for the correct order. On the arrival of the correct order the food was cold and not appealing and found what looks like hair on my wings. I am so disgusted I did not even finish the food. I used to be a loyal Spur customer after last night I will never sit food in a Spur outlet ever again.
