Disgusted by your unprofessional service

I have just experienced the worst service at spur N1 city Mall! I waited 20 minutes to be served by someone for a take away meal when the person finally arrived, while taking our order the telephone rang and i was completely ignored while the manager started taking an order over tge phone while i was still speaking to him. I decided to just walk away and take my business elsewhere. Shame on you Spur! I have been a loyal customer for many years!
