Disgusted and upset

After a hard day i decided to treat my kids to supper at Spur steak ranches in N1 city. I chose this restaurant as it was kid friendly for my 3year old and to enjoy a meal not cooked by myself. The waitress bertha was stunning and knew her stuff but as soon as we tucked into our meal i noticed a ****roach walking towards my table on the wall. We were sitting on the deck close to the playpen and as soon as i saw this i pulled one of the managers closer(siya i think was his name) to observe this ****roach now on the side of the wall and he proceeded to move my table and **** it. He casually moved my table and said i apologise for this and walked away?! I insisted to speak to the manager in which he spoke to me. He insisted they fumigate once a week and that it might be from other restaurants in close proximity.... I then asked to see someone else. Another manager came which then tell me they fumigate each night after closing? So who do i believe... They could see i was upset and then sent Maxx. Maxx also apoligized and told me about other restaurants might be at fault. My question is how can these people keep shifting blame and no one one takes responsibility... They work with food. I then left there very upset and not going back at all.
