Disgusted

<p>Good Day</p> <p>I tried not to complain about this but twice in one month is pathetic. I've been a regular at Silver Mountain Spur for a VERY long time and after last night, I don't feel I want to go back</p> <p>Last month I was served a burger that had been bitten on. It was quite clear that a chunk had been bitten from the burger. The manager that evening came and apologized with a very pathetic excuse "when the chef took the burger with the thongs, a chunk was pulled from the burger".</p> <p>Last night i was served off pork ribs!!!! Have you the slightest clue how dangerous pork is??? How the chef could even put it on the grill without getting the smell, I do not know! I got my food and immediately smelled it was off. I waited just under half hour for my waiter to make an appearance so I could inform him, by this time our table had already finished eating and a friend shared her meal with me. The very same manager of the previous incident has the audacity to come and tell me "the ribs are fresh, we received it yesterday so I'm not sure why it smells like that. The only thing I can think of is that the grill wasn't cleaned properly". Now, I may look stupid but if you're going to make excuses, please make sure it's valid and sensible or better yet, just be honest! It would have been much better than the ******** excuse! We had kids with us who had ribs, it could have been them and that would not have gone off lightly! This is also not the first time I'm being served off pork at Silver Mountain Spur.
