Disgusted

I am sure you can understand my disappointment in the restaurant that prides itself in being a family restaurant when my daughter aged 10 was asked 4 times how old she was while playing in the play area making her a bit uncomfortable.Each time we told the minder she is 10,she was then told she is \too big\" to play there,mind you there is not \"weight\" restriction nor a height restriction,so based on the fact that she is heavier that others her age she was told on her birthday she needed to leave the play area.Needless to say she was upset, crying well into the rest of the weekend as well.To top it all off the manager agrees she is too \"big\" this after we ordered our food but had to yet eat,obviously leaving an ugly taste in our mouths without even eating.After a scene and the damage being done,the manager apologizes and promises to send something to us, it's been 3 weeks and still nothing.I am completely disgusted and assure you I will not be supporting your business let alone share a special occasion there.The fact that we still spent that amount of money after the incident and has still not been compensated for."
