Disgusted

Let's start from the beginning. I phone Spur on Sunday, ask them what time is the kitchen closing? They tell me at 9.... Perfect, my wife and I can go and have something to eat. Seeing it is 8:30. Order food. First my teak was blue rare instead of med rear... Kwl. Then all of a sudden, kitchen lights gets switched off. Exeptable..... But what happens next.. Wow this is why Spur will never see me again... And im not leaving it here.... Sit down and have my meal. Then Manager and waiters go and sit in the front, no problem with that. But then music gets put up soooo load, that we can't even hear each other and no not Spur music station.... Things we can't even understand, I have no problem with that. But I am English?? What must I listen to? . Aircon gets turn down now we are freezing, witch it wasn't when we got there. Then shop lights gets turned of. And while we sitting there. They start switching the lights on and off? Like it was an accident? Come in, seriously??? 3 times in a row?? I just took my food and put it in a take away box so I can leave.

What kinda management is that??? Then I write something to Spur head office, and they don't even bother to get back to me.

WELL DONE SPUR.... How proud am I rite now, to say. Wow guys, I started my career at Spur. Also in Brits? What a disgusting place it became...
