Disgusted

Utterly disappointed in twin peak spur ottery first incident i took my husband to lunch on father's day around 2pm had a waitress seat us and never came to take our order ! She then walks over to the computer and tells her collegues that shes done taking orders and her shift is done we sat an hour before we had to complain by the manager who took our order and we waited another 45mins for the food!!!! Manager could only say sorry!!! Second incident today ! Took my daughter to the same spur had a guy seat us and forgot to take our order he eventually does then our actual waitress by the name of mercy doesnt even introduce herself brings my daughters pizza my food eventually comes after 30mins . I then take my daughter to go and play leaving my bags at the table and some idiot comes and cleans our table and takes our food!!! Extremely frustrated i ask for the bill and im told i have to get it myself!!! Had to throw the food away as he already put dirt on it! This spur is a disgrace and the staff is cold! I will never set foot in this spur again!!!!! Wasted my money!
