disgusted

i am extremely furious with the response i got from this spur. after finding a hair in my food and getting bad service there after from this spur, i laid a complaint with customer service and on top of that the manager from Red Hawk spur phones me and advised that it could have been my own hait accusing me of putting the hair there, and then there after being rude and telling me im pushing for vouchers and slamming the phone down in my ear. <br> this was utterly unacceptable i was embarrassed and belittled almost like i cant pay for my own food! i was more than prepared to pay for the dam food why would i want vouchers. this is disgusting behaviour and i will never ever return to spur in my life again and i sure as hell will keep my family away from spur and also inform everyone i know to stay away from spur!! its unfortunate that one bad branch has now pulled all the other good branches through the mud!!! very bad management at red hawk spur in plumstead!
