Disgraceful Service

<p>Whilst visiting the Spur in Eikestad Mall in Stellenbosch I wrongfully ordered a Cheddarmelt Chicken Snitzel rather than a Spur Snitzel. When I asked the waiter to change my order as I am not willing to pay such a large amount more for sauce that I don't eat: the waiter expressed to me how many customers he had and how busy he was, that he was not able to change my order because he was too busy and I should understand. I just let it go, not wanting to fight. I later asked for a glass of water which failed to come. He also failed to being us the bill when we asked and we had to stand up and pay at the reception counter. I shall not return. </p>
