Discusting Service of San Francisco Spur

Good day, My name is Mrs. Volkwyn, It is very sad and very disappointing to say the least that we from Zandvliet Care Facility (old age Home) had a very bad experience with San Francisco Spur in Strand. 2 Weeks ago I made an appointment with Larry one of the Managers to ask if they can donate towards Zandvliet Care Facility, that we would like to take our residents to Spur and he told me they don't donate but he can give a donation of free burgers and an ice cream. so I thanked him for it. Today when our old people arrived at the Spur we didn't even see his face, he didn't even came to greet. a waiter arrived and our Occupational The****** ask the waiter to go ask Larry if it is still okay for the Burgers and ice cream with a reply Larry say yes. so we gave our order and afterwards we had to pay for the Burgers out of our Occupational The****** Pocket. I phoned Larry to the Spur and he was very rude that he even put the phone down in my face. Is this how San Francisco treat their customers if so I will never or my family nor friends or residents will set foot their again, I am very disappointed in this matter...……….
