************** and bad food

My wife, my kids and I went to Silverado Spur on Friday 31.12.2021 some time after 19:00. I believe it was around 19:15 or 19:20. The sign stated that they are open until 21:00 but we were told that they are closed and only sell takeaways. We agreed on takeaways and were made to sit outside while they fetched some menus. After ordering, we paid at 19:47.

A couple then entered the restaurant. The manager/waiter that told me and my family to wait outside looked at them, went over to them and allowed them to remain inside. This was odd and the only difference between my family and the couple, except for our numbers, were race.

We waited for our food and when I then confronted the waiter/manager, who could not offer a satisfactory reason for allowing the couple inside while we had to wait outside.

When I got home, I saw that my Cheese and Bacon burger did not have any bacon on it. It didn't taste very fresh either.

My wife's Rib Burger was also still bright pink inside and not close to being properly cooked.

This was truly the worst service I ever received from a restaurant!!!! Truly pathetic and I will not recommend this place to anyone..
