Disappointment...

I took my husband to Takoma Spur on Friday First of all we always choose Spur but yesterday with great disappointment.

Spur has always been our go to family restaurant. We have 2 kids. They love the play area. Except my son got hurt badly. Bumped his head twice now and I was laughed at after I paid a lady to please keep an eye on my son for a few min whilst going to the restrooms.

I'm so disappointed. I have never experienced this bad treatment. Our waiter was absolutely not in the mood to work at all. Our food took long and it tasted horrible. We orederd milkshakes as well which was really bad and watery.

Management was rude.

I felt sick after leaving Spur. Nauseous. Tummy cramps. It was just an over all super bad experience.

Money well WASTED.

Please tell your people to be at least friendly. It will sure make the experience feel a lot better. Just my 2 cents.
