Disappointing Steak!!

My partner and I visited Spur over the weekend, the 21st of Feb 2015. <br> <br> My partner had ordered a Cheadarmelt Chicken Steak- which was as excepted yummy however I had ordered a Steak (medium) , to my extreme disappointment the steak was cold and very well done, and my onions rings where stale as it would have appeared that my plate was left / waiting for the rest of the order to be ready.<br> <br> Due to not causing a scene I was forced to complain via email as supposed to speaking to the manger on duty. <br> <br> Considering that Spur has been a once a moth treat, we were extremely dissatisfied.<br> <br> I would like to also add our waiter at the time was awesome - however the food not so much. <br> <br> I look forward to your reply to my complaint. <br> <br> Giselle <br>
