Disappointing Service on Monday Burger Special

We visited Arizona Spur in Stellenbosch for their Monday Burger Special, hoping to enjoy a relaxed evening with family and friends. Unfortunately, the service was extremely poor from the moment we arrived.

We had to search for our waiter throughout the evening, as no one checked in on us or followed up on our requests. To make matters worse, one of our family members received only a quarter portion of fries with their meal. When we asked another waiter for assistance, they simply walked away and never returned.

The lack of attentiveness and basic customer care really spoiled what should have been a fun outing. Very disappointing from a Spur branch.
