DISAPPOINTING SERVICE FOR MY GIRLS PARTY

I am so disgusted with Spur at Grandwest. Went there this weekend for my daughters 9th birthday. Firstly the waiting period of food took too long and also the food was not delicious at all the ribs were dry. The fish fingers we ordered for the babies were dried out and very hard. the chips oh my goodness no hey. the rib burgers were small and did not even cover half the roll the onion rings were too oily and dry. Then secondly when it came to signing for my daughter the waitress firstly had to look for waiters to come and sing with her which I found very disgusting as I could see that a few of them refused, secondly the starlight were lighten in front of her and the ice cream were not a kids chico clown ice cream. my daughter were so disappointed, as we were a week before at spur in waterfront and the set up and treatment for the kids were very special. but at Grandwest I think they look at colour as we are coloured not much attention were given to my little girl. there were other birthdays there and those people and children were treated much better even the older couple whose gf had a birthday singing there was with much more exitement. I will never step food in Grandwest spur again. Would rather go to Nando's or kentucky or anywhere else but not Grandwest Spur again. this is the first time we had such a disappointing experience at spur. For goodness sake a childs disappointment is really sad and spur contributed to the disappointment. So sorry I went to Grandwest Spur
