Disappointing Service Experience at Spur Emperors Palace Branch

I have no choice but to write about the appalling service my family and I received at the Spur Emperors Palace Branch, particularly from our server, Andrew, during my son's birthday celebration. Our experience was so disappointing that it overshadowed what was supposed to be a joyful occasion.

As it was my son's birthday, I had specifically requested that they sing for him, but Andrew failed to acknowledge this request or even inquire about any special arrangements for the celebration.

Throughout the meal, we struggled to get Andrew's attention whenever we needed assistance or additional items. His indifferent attitude and lack of enthusiasm dampened the mood of the entire dining experience.

Thanks to the manager who came to us when doing the checks on each table.

Overall, our experience at the Spur Emperors Palace Branch was extremely disappointing, and Andrew's subpar service played a significant role in ruining what should have been a memorable birthday celebration for my son. The lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and overall indifference displayed by Andrew left a lasting negative impression on our entire dining experience.
