Disappointing service...

<p>Went for supper and was greeted by a friendly waitress Zama who immediately took our drinks order. Evening started off well,when she came back with that my husband ordered a starter, it was only after that things went sour...we waited so long for her to come back with that. Had to ask another waiter to call her. She finally comes back with that then I asked her a question about menu she tells me she will be back after 15 mins I ask someone else to call her. I see that person look for her and saw that she was on the other side of restaurant seeing to somebody else. She then looks irritated that she was called and sends another waitress she was also quite helpful if only they weren't out of stock of everything my husband wanted. Which was very disappointing why advertise something as a special and then not have it. Then after a further 40 mins we get our food cold and not cooked how we requested. I suggest more training for new waitrons they shouldn't be serving all over as it's creates a bad service experience. On previous occasions at same restaurant we were very happy. Tonight we left very disappointed and unsatisfied.</p>
