Disappointing service

Today being women's day I decided to take my wife for breakfast at your Sanchez Spur branch in KwaDukuza/Stanger. It was a busy morning since the whole town did not have electricity. So stood on the line since 10:15 waiting for the table and we were seated by 10:48. We had to wait again for our waitress who only made it to our table by 11:11 only to tell us we cannot have breakfast now because it's already after 11. I explained to her that we had been waiting in the line outside and also at the table; she went to explain to her manager who did not bother to come to our table instead the waitress came again to say " I'm sorry she said no".

There are few things she could have done to manage the situation. One to inform customers waiting in line that if they get to be served after eleven they would not be served breakfast. Two: use her discretion as a manager and serve customers who had already been waiting outside. I had to leave with my wife on women's day without breakfast.
