Disappointing food and environment

I recently visited the Spur Steak Ranch at Silverstar for the third time, and unfortunately, I left disappointed again. I honestly don’t know why I keep giving this branch another chance, probably because it’s one of the few restaurants that I though could accommodates my toddler. However, each visit leaves me feeling let down. The kiddies’ play area was stuffy and murky, making it uncomfortable to leave my 22 months baby to play for more than a few minutes. the kiddies’ meal of chicken pops and Smiley fries was extremely dry and overly crispy. My toddler couldn’t eat them at all. My husband ordered the half chicken and chips, but the chicken was so bland that we had to use sachet of sauces that were in my bag just to make it edible. The onion rings were also poorly prepared; the coating was falling off before we even picked them up. Overall, the food was just disappointing and poorly executed. It felt like a complete waste of money, especially when I could have gone to Romans Pizza and received better quality for far less.
