disappointing

I visited Spur on two separate occasions and both were pretty bad, first visit was an issue with the buffalo wings that were ordered, I really do not appreciate it being brought to me with feathers still attached to it... I spoke to the assistant manager to tried to pass the buck on suppliers which is so stupid because it is also the chefs fault as it goes through so many other people before it is served to me, the manager then came through and apologized which I accepted and let go. My second visit was with my cold drink that was served in a glass that wasn't washed properly and had a smell on it, when I complained the waiter did nothing about it, just told me that it couldn't be the case and let it go. So at the end of it all this Spur branch is rather disappointing.
