Disappointing

Hi, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service at the Spur in Newcastle, KZN. I arrived at the restaurant at 14h50 and by 15h20 I had still not ordered and the waiter didn't even bother to ask me what I would like to have or offer me a drink. Based on previous good Spur visits, usually I order within the first 10 minutes and get my order timeously with good service, hence we tip. I am disappointed that I spent half of my lunch time there without even having a sip of water yet the restaurant was not even busy at that moment as the appointed waitress was socializing with colleagues until I left. Please address this matter with your staff, we cannot wait 30 minutes to get a glass of water, nevermind ordering food as we are also on working hours at our respective workplaces. Going back to the office with an empty stomach is definitely not what I intended when I drove to your enterprise. I look forward to your response. Thanks.
