Disappointed with sub par service and being pushed aside.

I'm writing this review as I was extremely disappointed with the treatment by the staff I dealt with at the Spur restaurant in Cornubia Mall. I went there with my 5 year old son and partner for breakfast. My 5 year old was wearing flip flops and he went to the play area barefoot leaving said flip flops on the floor. After I had paid the bill and left a good tip, I stood up to get him and then realized he wasn't wearing them. I went back to get them and the wait staff did not let me fetch the flip flops. Spur was extremely busy, I understand however, the wait staff made me feel like I didn't keep track of my own child's things and they really were only interested in seating th next patrons. It would have taken me 2 minutes to get my child's shoes but they shooed me away and I left his shoes at th restaurant. I'm extremely disappointed and angry and it was a culmination of many things because the waiter assigned to my table ignored me and I also had to ask for other things more than once during my meal. All in all a terrible experience and possibly will never encourage any of my family or friends to visit this particular restaurant, regardless of the branch.
