Disappointed Regular Customer

As a regular customer, I’ve come to Spur at The Glen many times expecting consistency and decent service—but this visit was shockingly bad. I found a hair in my food, which is already unacceptable. Yes, an apology was given, but what followed made it worse: instead of properly replacing the meal, I was given a stale roll. That’s how you treat someone who supports your business regularly?

The apology didn’t make up for the poor handling, and frankly, the replacement was insulting. Cleanliness and basic customer care need serious attention. Really disappointed.

I strongly advise family orientated people to stay away, it's not a place to take your family!
