Disappointed Patron

My family and I went to the Spur Grand West casino Cape Town last week Saturday and absolutely everything was terrible. We ordered the chicken schnitzel, the wings and ribs and the kiddie cheese burger meal. The onion rings were oily, the chips tasted stale, the schnitzel was over cooked and the ribs were bland. Now we're a great patron of Spur and have almost all our birthdays at Spur and we've never been that disappointed before. I work in the franchise industry and know all about brand standards and the Spur at Grand West is definately not as consistent as any other Spur we've been to. It left such a bad taste in our mouth that I'm sad to say but I don't think Spur will see us again.
