Disappointed on my birthday

Yesterday the 6th of September was my birthday. Went to Spur Atlanta Scottsburg to have dinner but most of all myself and my family were looking forward to the birthday song and the special ice cream to capture the moments. The waiter however said unfortunately they can't sin for me as the restaurant was packing up and waiters are busy she'll just give me the ice cream. Even the ice cream she brought didn't have that spiking thing they put on it to make it special. I must say I was so disappointed as this would hae been 1st time for me. more so my 4 year daughter who was really looking forward to this as we've seen it done for other diners everytime we go to Spur. Whats more disheartening is that they did come sing for a table next to us but at time we were still on our mains. Sadly ones birthday only comes once a year💔
