Disappointed customer - Spur The Glen

My family and I went to Spur at the Glen Shopping Centre on Sunday the 25th of February and received the most disgusting service from that Spur We waited over an hour for our food - in that hour no one came to check if all was ok - when the food eventually arrived it was ice cold including the mushroom sauce. while we were waiting we saw the waiter conversing the entire time with customers and other waitrons I believe the staff there need training on serving and customers I also requested 6 coffees from the manager after our meal and waited longer than 30 min and that too was cold when it was brought to our table

This service is unacceptable
