Disappointed customer

So me and my family decided to grab some lunch yesterday 09/09/20 at spur in Longbeach... When we got there everything was great, until our orders were placed, we both ordered the steak special and my daughter just had some Mac and cheese, I told the waiter the I like my steak well done and absolutely no onion rings, To my surprise I got onion rings and when I got to the middle of my steak I saw it was under done, so I'm not quite sure if there was a hearing issue or the waiter just couldn't care less... I've been eating at that spur for years just to have that done to me,I've always told people that spur in Longbeach is great, but what should my answer be now? I take my family there for the great atmosphere and my daughter especially for the play area, but now I'm thinking twice of doing that I didn't want to make a scene in the restaurant as my daughter was with, I was disappointed with the whole experience.
