Disappointed customer

Disappointed in the service of the waiter that served me and my family, was at spur in Longbeach and boy was it disappointing, started off great, ended disappointing, steak was under done, order got mixed up, specifically asked for no onion rings and to my surprise I got onion rings, just feel exhausted from the whole disappointment, use to love it as I was going there for years and would always tell people how great that branch is... But now I'm not so sure...
