Disappointed by the stuff

Am soo disappointed in Spur Carlton Center,I went there to spoil my daughter only for not getting service for the whole 20mins and this ain’t the first time happening and I wonder what’s the use of having a restaurant full for stuff and not attending customers or there is s certain dress code,we don’t know about?
