Disappointed and terrible service .

Tonight we visited Spur Chatsworth Centre for supper. Terrible experience. We waited 45 for our starters which was done well. Even though the long wait. We had to tjen ask the waiter about our main meal as an hour had already passed and no main meal. 1 meal was prepared as per request and 1 was a disaster. I ordered a well done steak with cheesy sauce and prawns but was given cold rare steak with mushroom sauce. Only chips amd onions rings were hot. After informing the manager the steak was returned rare and with the cheesy sauce and prawns. Totally disappointed and even after having to wait long before for food we still decided to give this branch a chance. But if you hungry and want good food. This is not the place. It wasnt even busy. People came in after us and recieved there food before us.
