Disappointed

Myself and my family went to Spur in Observatory Cape Town on Saturday. I am so disappointed on the standard of service and quality of food we received. We waited very long for food and our waitress was not proactive at all. I had to keep on calling her to take our orders and after check on our meals. When it arrived our food was cold and the steak was dry and ordered medium rare. My mom always took myself and siblings when we're young and wanted to have the same tradition with my daughter but the experience is not the same at all.
