Disappointed
<p>I unfortunately, after a long time decided to order take aways from Lambton Spur,(seeing as I will not put foot in the actual restaurant where service does not exist). Ref to slip number ********** 3 I did not receive my childs strawberry milkshake. Sauces for my buffalo wings AND NO BUN with my husbands hunger buster burger! So my husband received a burger with no bread!!!<br />Now I want ti know, seeing as this is the reason I dont go to this spur...why do you not just close it? It's always filthy, servive doest exist and the food is disgusting!<br />When will you people realize that this store is ****ing your name?</p> <p>I'm so dissatisfied ..</p>
Although I was quite upset on Friday night, the owner Ursula gave me excellent feedback and even replaced our whole order, delivered to our door! Ursula managed to calm me down and I now even see Coppercanyon Spur in a different light. Excellent service I'm really happy to have met her! With a owner like this, I can only see good things happening at this Spur. Well done and thank you!
