Disappointed

I called the Spur in Westgate shopping centre, Roodepoort to place an order. I ordered a starter buffulo wings spicy and a half Nachos plain for me and my friend. They told me that my order would take 15 minutes. I left home to go there. First went into another shop to get a few things and then went to collect my order. To my surprise they still made me wait about 10 minutes. This was already 30 mins after i placed the order telephonically. I got home just to find that the wings for my friend was plain and the nachos full of chilli. I am very disappointed in the service and the food as i dont eat hot food. My friend and i had to swap what we ordered so i had to settle for wings which i didnt want and my friend had to settle for nachos which he didnt want. Not the first time im disappointed by the service and food at the same Spur.
