Disappointed

Our Family went for Lunch after shopping at the Mall. We always order the kids food first so that by the time our food arrives they can go and play. When receiving our food my husband's steak was well-done, specifically asked for medium. Our waiter did not make his rounds, so I called him. So now the kids are finishing eating, my food is finish (nice family lunch??) and my husband did not get his food yet, after 20Min when we told the manager that we are going home now they want to bring the food. Unacceptable, we go out for lunch as a family for a reason. <br> Thanks to Shara the manager that was friendly and handled the situation.
