Disapointed

disapointed ,disapointed,disapointed good day,am really disapointed in Spur,the service levels has dropped ,and the food quality really disapointing. we are regulars at the Spur ranches from ,The Glen ,Fourways, Monte Casino,,went to the Dakota Spur yesterday as my daughter wanted a quick lunch, and as i prefer having a diccent meal than junk take- aways ,we quickly popped in as time was not on our side as i had a doctors appointment at 3pm.at the entrance no one was at the reception to take our temperatures, we stood for 8min ,i eventually walked in than the lady came and apologised ,eventually we went in and met the waitron, white gentleman,no introduction or friendlyness,,we were seated at the kiddies side

i asked for specials and it seems as if i was a pain cause his expression was really very bad,take note although that we are wearing mask,you can tell by the tone off the voice and the eyes how a persons reaction is,still did not get his name and no name badge,he just pushed the promo pamplet or menu to us so we could look without explaining, i am already irrated with the service from the entrance so i just ordered chick ,pork chop,with wings for my daugter and a rib and wings meal for myself.no upselling or showing any intrest or repeating from the waiter, we eventually sat and waited on drinks 12min,than food came after 30min,i was now annoyed and fruastrated, wings ice cold and as if it was pre pared a day ago,ribs under grilled ,my daugter didn't even ate her meal as she also complaint that the food does not taste like The Glen Spur (Texamo)but could not complain as there was no waiter or manager around. force to eat chips that was ice cold and onion rings that was cold, i asked for bill and packed my take away, the food is still in the fridge as we tried to eat but really the quality and taste is not what we are use to ,the BRM ribs is so much better, i am dissapointed and with this pandemic we take chances to visit restaurants, and spend but to get service that's bad and quality that's really ****,

Dakota spur i am not happy R421.00 down the drain ,i could have gone to Nandos ,but was pleasing my daughter as she loves spur wings ....
