Dirty Glasses

We went to Silverstar Spur last night. What a disappointment. When we sat we had to ask the waiter to clean the table as it was sticky. When we moved the sauce there was a chicken bone which was dried out already (so not sure how long that has been there), then when we ordered our drinks our glass were dirty. The wine glass had lip marks on, the cold drink glass had (looked like) ice cream on the side. The beer glasses had marks on. When we asked them for other beer glasses he returned with wet glasses (still with the marks on), which means they only rinsed the glasses not washed them. If this is the kind of hygiene standards that Spur at Silverstar has I would not recommend for anyone to go there. It's really disgusting and unacceptable. If their glass are so dirty what does the plates look like before the food get served on it? I'm sure the kitchen manager and the waiters are suppose to check the glasses to make sure that they serve clean glasses to the clients. This really spoiled our evening as we had go to another restaurant as we weren't sure if the plates would be clean.
